It is our pleasure to announce the NIAMS P30 funded Human Skin Disease Resource Center. The Center is located at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, but resources are available to investigators at any institution who want to make the world a better place for patients with skin disease. The goal of the Center is to accelerate human skin disease research by providing researchers with access to human specimens and cutting-edge analytic techniques. We can help confirm mouse findings in humans, provide human disease samples for research and provide cutting edge analysis for your existing samples.

We can provide:

Access to 22,000+ living patients, searchable by diagnosis, with banked serum, genotyping results and ability to call back.

Access to >5 million banked pathology specimens, searchable by diagnosis.

Access to NanoString gene analysis, 5 color immunostaining and TCR sequencing, all on FFPE samples.

Access to 32-markers in one sample CyTOF analyses.

Human skin, human skin cells and NSG mice engrafted with human skin & blood.

Grants for investigators interested in skin disease research (RFA January 2017).
