SID Named Lecture Fund

In 2012, the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) will celebrate its 75th Anniversary. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to the SID Named Lecture Fund. Your contribution will be allocated to the Lecture Funds in most need of supplementation, or you can designate any portion of your gift to a specific Fund.  Contributors will receive an acknowledgment letter for tax purposes. In addition, you will be recognized at the 2012 Annual Meeting, and in the December 2012 issue of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology.

The SID Named Lectures-Beerman, Kanof, Montagna, and Stone- and the Blank Forum have long been held as treasured highlights of the annual meeting. Speakers at these sessions have helped establish the SID and its annual meeting as the premier scientific forum in dermatology and cutaneous biology. Presentations not only provide outstanding science, but also pay tribute to individuals who were so important in shaping the early days of the SID.  

The SID Board of Directors has launched a fund drive to secure the legacy of these programs.  We need your help to achieve adequate funding to present these lectures every year!  Please help us take our first steps towards reaching this goal.
